When will the uploaded report or declaration be published on the site?

Within one business day after receiving the amount in our bank account, the documents will be available on our site. After that, you will automatically receive by email the original invoice issued by us and a link to the published report.

What are the legal deadlines for publishing on the Internet?

➤ Annual financial statements of enterprises under Art. 38, para. 1, item 3 of the Accounting Act – by September 30

➤ Declaration of absence of activity under Art. 38, para. 9, item 2, letter “b” – by June 30 . You can request a template from Move2Bulgaria.

According to the Accountancy Act, when enterprise reports are published on the Internet, free access must be provided to them for a period of no less than three years after the date of their publication. Upon request, enterprises provide information about the place where their reports and accounts are published.

What are the sanctions for non-compliance?

According to the Accountancy Act, anyone who is obliged and fails to publish a financial report within the statutory deadlines is subject to a fine.
